(Translated by Google) Fabulous customer service. Silvia helped us. Even though we bought the mattress through the Bed's website, she treated us like we were her own customers, with the utmost kindness. We wanted to exchange our mattress, and she handled all the paperwork for the return guarantee. She helped us find another mattress that better suited our needs, and I must emphasize, we did all this without having bought it directly from her. Without a doubt, if I need to buy another mattress, I will buy it from her.
