I told her I'd been experiencing neck pain for weeks and was looking for a suitable pillow, and she took the time to advise me in a very professional and personalized way. She allowed me to try different options, and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of at all times. What I value most is that I didn't get the feeling she was just trying to make a sale; she was truly concerned about my well-being and finding the best solution for me. I'm very happy with the product I ultimately chose, and I wholeheartedly recommend both the store and María Teresa. Excellent and very personal service.
