You can tell she loves her job and does it willingly. She explained and showed us several options tailored to my needs. We finally opted for a mattress, a topping, and a protective cover, but I'm sure we'll be back for future purchases. I'll add my experience to the review once I've tried the mattress. Thank you so much for everything! We're very happy with the purchase. *Update* After a month with my new mattress, I have to say I love it. So far, after a month of use, it's wonderful for my back. The memory foam seems to be of good quality. It's quite thick and firm, but it adapts to my body perfectly. I really like the quality. I think I'll be back soon to order a pillow. 😁 Thanks!
