Satisfaction guarantee
In beds.es we are so sure to have the mattress that best suits your needs that we're willing to let you try it for a full 30 nights. If, after this period you find it unsuitable, you can change to an alternative model thanks to our guarantee of satisfaction. We will apply a €90 guarantee fee per item, corresponding to the pick up and drop off charges. The price difference between original item and exchanged item will be calculated according to the price both mattresses had on the day the satisfaction guarantee was applied: neither promotional discounts used on the first purchase nor coupons or deals applicable on the date of the return will be refunded. If the price of the exchanged item is greater than the original, the client shall pay out the difference. If it is less and the mattress has been purchased on-line, bed's will refund the remaining balance in the original form of payment. If it is less and it has been purchased in store, the buyer will be given a store credit, valid for a year, to be used in future purchases of any other product in the same store. Products shall only be returned in the store they were originally purchased in. Satisfaction guarantee shall only apply once on your first purchase, it shall not apply again on the product exchanged.
Satisfaction guarantee shall not be applicable:
- For any other item purchased on the same order.
- For a purchase of more than 10 mattresses on a single order.
- If the mattress to be changed is either damaged due to misuse or in poor conditions.
- For REMOLONEO brand mattresses.
