How can I place an order?
Here are the things you need to know to buy on our website:
- Find the products you are interested in and add them to the shopping cart by clicking their icon.
- Once you've got them selected, click the shopping cart icon. There, you will see product prices and shipping costs. You will also be able to remove any item.
- Enter your data and delivery address in the form on-line. You can insert any comment in the "Remarks" section.
- Pick the payment solution that suits you best. Some features only work with certain payment methods.
- Confirm your purchase. If your order has been successfully placed, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Attached on this e-mail you will find the price quotation.
- To confirm the price quotation and make your payment, click the "Invoice" button you will see in the e-mail.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders over €80, free shipping in Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. For orders equal to or below €80: additional charge of €6 in Spain and €16 in the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once the shopping process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and details.
I can't complete my order, what can I do?
How will I know when my order will be delivered?
Our shipping service will call you to confirm when delivery will take place. The courier will call you prior to your delivery to confirm the appointment.
What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
The courier will leave a calling card and a contact phone number.
What hours can I call bed's?
Our support centre operates from Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm and 4pm - 7pm, except for bank holidays. Our support service is only available for on-line purchasers and queries regarding products available on our on-line brochure.
