Return policy

The request to return an online order made through the website of beds.es, it must be communicated by one of the following means, for your acknowledgement of receipt and application:

The period for the exercise of the right of withdrawal of the purchase of orders made online is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. The product must be in perfect conditions and be accompanied by its original packaging and purchase invoice.

The exceptions to this right of withdrawal by type of product purchased are:

  • Customized products, which have been manufactured according to the exact indications of the consumer, by customization of product based on measurement requirements, color, fabric, type of lid and type of opening, fixed and lift up bases, electrical sets, upholstered bases and headboards.
  • Sealed goods which are unfit for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, preventing the trader from taking measures that enable him to put it back on the market without contravening health and hygiene protection obligations, such as: pillows, mattress covers, protectors, covers, sheets, duvet covers, duvet bags, duvet fillers... In this sense, any good that is delivered sealed and in which it is not necessary the handling of the packaging by the customer to determine the nature, characteristics and good functioning of the product, cannot be returned.

The right to withdraw from the contract shall apply exclusively to those products which are returned under the same conditions as they are received. No refund shall be made in cases where the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, where the product is not in the same condition as delivered or where it has suffered any damage. The return of the item must include all original wrappers, instructions and other documents that may accompany it.

 

On any return, the full value of the order will be refund, using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction. Our logistics operator will be in charge of the management of the return, so we will deduct:

  • €50 in articles of product categories mattresses, bases and headboards
  • €8 in rest accessories (legs, bed linen, etc.)

In the event of return of defective products or erroneous shipments, all costs will be borne by us

In the case that the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or exchanged for the same item purchased at no cost for the customer.

The collection of a return will take place at street level.

In no case will be refund for the amounts of services already provided such as carriage, withdrawal of used products, home raises, etc. (Art 107 2. RDLGDCU 1/2007)

No return will be accepted that does not meet the conditions above.

 

Return order process

STEP 1

 

The user will contact beds.es either by filling the contact form, by e-mail (ecommerce@beds.es) or using our live chat to specify the items he or she wishes to return.

 

STEP 2

Collection:

In the case of a return due to shipping errors or other causes attributable to Bed’s, the collection will be made at no cost for the customer.

In all other cases, according to Art 108 1. (RDLGDCU 1/2007), the return costs are borne by the customer and those are:

 

  • €50 in articles of product categories mattresses, bases and headboards
  • €8 in rest accessories (legs, bed linen, etc.)
     

STEP 3

Once received the material in our warehouse in perfect conditions and in its original packaging, after checking the correctness of its condition, the refund of the amount of the product will be managed. The payment will be made through the payment method used in the purchase and is made within a maximum estimated period of 14 calendar days from receipt.
