8.- Renounce and return
If you wish to return an on-line order placed through beds.es, please contact us by using a claim form sending an e-mail to (email@example.com), calling (+34) 900 101 415 or using our web live chat to specify the items you wish to return.
Where non-conformity with any product purchased on-line, users should return the goods within 14 calendar days as from the delivery.
No claim of non-conformity will be entertained unless the goods are in a perfect condition. If any goods are returned without the original packaging, it may result in a depreciation of the item. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or accept the return of bedding products (pillows), home textiles (mattress covers, protectors, pads, sheets, duvet covers, sleeping bags or fillings) once removed from their plastic packaging (Art 103.e RDLGDCU 1/2007).
To exercise this right, there is a standardized claim form available for users clicking here you can complete and send to firstname.lastname@example.org for acknowledgement and acceptance.
Custom size mattresses specially made or customized will neither be changed nor returned.
