1.- General Information

Do I have to sign up for the on-line shop? How can I sign up?

You don't need to sign up to shop on-line but if you do, you will have numerous advantages.

Which benefits can I get for signing up?

By signing up, you will be able to view your order follow-up, find special discounts and add an alternate shipping address to your billing address.

How secure is shopping in the on-line shop? Is my data protected?

bed's ensures appropriate security and confidentiality of the data provided. We are subject to an obligation of professional secrecy regulated by law that covers the personal data and the obligation to keep it secure and take all necessary measures to protect it against alteration, loss, unauthorized disclosure or access.

We guarantee that every on-line purchase you make from our on-line shop is 100% secure. All transactions involving personal or financial data are performed in a secure environment. Our server is protected using the standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All data provided is encrypted as it travels over the internet.

2.- Orders

How can I place an order?

Here are the things you need to know to buy on our website:

 

  1. Find the products you are interested in and add them to the shopping cart by clicking their icon.
  2. Once you've got them selected, click the shopping cart icon. There, you will see product prices and shipping costs. You will also be able to remove any item.
  3. Enter your data and delivery address in the form on-line. You can insert any comment in the "Remarks" section.
  4. Pick the payment solution that suits you best. Some features only work with certain payment methods.
  5. Confirm your purchase. If your order has been successfully placed, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Attached on this e-mail you will find the price quotation.
  6. To confirm the price quotation and make your payment, click the "Invoice" button you will see in the e-mail.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within 5-8 business days after confirmation and successful payment. For other delivery dates, please contact us by e-mail (bedsonline@tiendasbeds.es), phone (+34 900 101 415) or using our live chat on beds.es

What are the shipping costs?

For orders over €80, free shipping in Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. For orders equal to or below €80: additional charge of €6 in Spain and €16 in the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once the shopping process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and details.

I can't complete my order, what can I do?

How will I know when my order will be delivered?

Our shipping service will call you to confirm when delivery will take place. The courier will call you prior to your delivery to confirm the appointment.

What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?

The courier will leave a calling card and a contact phone number.

What hours can I call bed's?

Our support centre operates from Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm and 4pm - 7pm, except for bank holidays. Our support service is only available for on-line purchasers and queries regarding products available on our on-line brochure.

Where is my order?

If you have signed up in beds.es to shop on-line, you can review your order status at any time.

Do you deliver to Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands?

Yes, we do deliver to those addresses located in Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.

3.- Price and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards. You can otherwise buy on finance there accepted by the lending company Cofidis. For more information on payment methods, please click here.

What does the price include?

VAT included in all prices. Shipping costs will vary depending on the order total.

Is VAT included in all prices?

It is, current VAT rate is included in all prices (21%). The purchase invoice shows a breakdown of the gross ticket.

Will I get an invoice for my purchase?

You will be sent an invoice for your purchase to the e-mail address given in your order, once the delivery is complete.

I wish to display my company ID on the invoice, is that possible?

You can only display your personal ID or foreign national ID on the invoice.

4.- Products

What can I do with my old mattress?

Your old mattress will be removed at the time the new one is delivered, whenever you request the service during your on-line buying process when you are asked whether you need this service.

How long is the warranty for my product?

All our products have a standard two-year manufacturer's warranty. Please, keep your sales receipt for coverage under the warranty.
