She explained everything to me, and I learned a lot about mattresses and bed frames (which we don't usually pay much attention to). 5 stars as a person. Her kindness and professionalism led me to choose this store. And 5 stars for the sales experience; she was very attentive to everything, and her role was to advise and explain. My role was to buy (it's so nice when they're not just trying to sell you something. It's not the same to say 'I bought' as 'I was sold to.' I can say that I bought something, and Merche helped me choose). Thank you, and once I've used the product for a while, I hope to give it a 5 star (which is what matters most to me).

(Translated by Google) Merche is lovely. She helped me a lot during the buying process and gave me excellent advice. I would definitely go back.

(Translated by Google) Merche provided excellent service. I was passing through Madrid and went in out of curiosity to ask about a travel pillow. I was so pleased with Merche's service; she was incredibly friendly and explained all the items perfectly, so I bought two things. It's a pleasure to find professionals like her.
