If you wish to return an on-line order placed through beds.es, please contact us by using our claim form, e-mailing us at (bedsonline@tiendasbeds.es), calling us at (+ 34 900 101 415) or using our web live chat to specify the items you wish to return.

In accordance with the provisions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 Article 97 1.i, you may exercise your right to return products you purchased online through beds.es, within 14 days of the date on which you received it, with no penalty whatsoever.

The buyer will be entitled to return the goods, provided these are in a perfect, unused condition and have the corresponding invoice.

In accordance with the rules on on-line shopping through beds.es, no claim for defect, damage or quality will be entertained unless goods are in a perfect condition. If any goods are returned without the original packaging, it may result in a depreciation of the item. For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items: bedding products (mattresses and pillows), home textiles (mattress covers, protectors, pads, sheets, duvet covers, zip-in bedding sets or fillings) and bathroom textiles (bathrobes, bath mats and towels) once unwrapped (Art 103.e RDLGDCU 1/2007). 

To exercise this right, there is a standardized claim form available for users clicking here  should be downloaded, completed and sent to bedsonline@tiendasbeds.es for acknowledgement and acceptance.

Custom size mattresses specially made or customized cannot be changed or returned.

In the textile and mattress industries there is a tolerance of +/- 3cm in bed sizes and compositions. This difference may in no case bring a reason for complaint or change.

At the time of delivery, the user should make sure the courier delivers all the goods without removing the hygienic plastic packaging.

In any return, bed's will refund the total amount of the order. Our logistics operator will be responsible for product returns, thus the following costs will be deducted:

  • €50 for mattresses, bed bases, relaxion chairs and headboards.
  • €8 for pillows, home textiles, bathroom textiles and accessories.

If the user returns any goods by other means, bed's will refund the total amount of the order including the initial shipping costs.

If the item(s) ordered are found to be defective, or not the items ordered, the return costs will be at the company's expense.

Where the goods are found to be defective due to faulty design, bed's will repair or replace the goods free of charge.

Product returns pick-up will be:

  • In the street, for mattresses, frames, relaxation chairs and headboards.
  • At the customer's home, for pillows, home textiles, bathroom textiles and accessories

In no case the amounts for services already rendered such as shipping, picking-up of used products, door-to-door delivery, and so on, will be refunded (Art 107 2. RDLGDCU 1/2007).

Bed's reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the terms and conditions set forth.

Return order process

STEP 1

The user will contact beds.es either by filling the contact form or by e-mail (bedsonline@tiendasbeds.es), phone (+34 900 101 415) or using our live chat to specify the items he or she wishes to return.

STEP 2

Collection:

If you return a product due to our error or any reasons attributable to bed's, you will not be charged any additional fees.

In all other cases, according to Art 108 1. (RDLGDCU 1/2007), the return costs are borne by the customer. These are the fees for each returned item to be collected, depending on the type of product (VAT included):

  • €50 for mattresses, bed bases, relaxion chairs and headboards.
  • €8 for pillows, home textiles, bathroom textiles and accessories.
If the user returns any goods by other means, bed's will refund the total amount of the order including the initial shipping costs.

STEP 3

Once having received the item at our warehouse properly packed up, in the same condition that it was delivered and after checking it is unused and undamaged, we will issue a refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment within an estimated period of 14 days, from receipt date of cancellation request provided.
