1.- Shopping process
On our on-line shop, each item has its product description, price and photo.
To start shopping, users should select the desired product to add it to the cart. The shopping cart icon is displayed in the header.
Regardless of the following information, users will find every step clearly explained along the shopping process.
2.- Order and confirmation
Once the user finishes an order, such is automatically processed on our on-line shop and the user is sent a confirmation e-mail. In case you place an order and don't receive the automatic confirmation e-mail, please contact us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone(900 101 415) to check the status of your order.
3.- Order cancellation
If you decide to cancel an order placed, please notify bed's immediately by e-mail (email@example.com), phone (+34 900 101 415) or use our web live chat.
Upon the cancellation of orders, you will be reimbursed. If the order is cancelled after been shipped by our supplier, you will be reimbursed all except any applicable transportation fees.
If the order is cancelled before been shipped, you will be reimbursed all monies paid.
If the order is cancelled while in transit, transportation fees will be subtracted from the total order cost reimbursed.
Transportation fees vary depending on the products.
Orders containing goods made to your specifications or items especially personalized cannot be returned, in case they are already being manufactured.
The purchase will be refunded in the original payment method within an estimated period of 14 days.
Spanish taxes are included in the prices displayed on our website. Prices may be revised or modified at any time if conditions so required.
Shipping costs will be calculated on the basis of your location/zip code, where applicable. Please, see shipping costs.
5.- Payment methods
bed's accepts on-line payments and supports multiple payment solutions including:
a) CREDIT CARD* or PAYPAL Payment
100% of the cost should be paid at the time of purchase.
100% safe and secure shopping guarantee. All transactions involving personal or financial data are performed in a secure environment. Our server is protected using the standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All data submitted is encrypted when travelling over the network.
Your credit card data is not stored on any in-house database but goes directly to the bank POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the issuing bank).
* Any Visa and Mastercard cards authorised for on-line payments are accepted.
Credit card fraud is deemed a crime and bed's will take legal action against whoever makes a fraudulent transaction in our on-line shop.
b) DIVIDED Payment
40% of the cost should be paid by debit/credit card* at the time of purchase and the remaining 60% should be paid to the courier at the time of delivery again by credit card in situ).
This is a valid payment solution solely for mattress, bed base or headboard purchases. Not valid for other products.
c) DEFERRED Billing
Up to 12 months with Cofidis S.A.
Financing offered and subject to approval by Cofidis S.A. Spanish Branch, for amounts between €150 and €6000 and from 3 to 12-month options. No opening or maintenance fees. Example: Amount to finance €400, Total amount due: €400. Nominal Interest Rate: 0.00% APR: 0.00%. For other amounts and/or options, please request further information. Financing offered and subject to approval by Cofidis S.A. Spanish Branch.
d) BANK TRANSFER Payment
At the time of purchase beds.es will give you an account number to pay the total cost of your order. Once payment is confirmed by the bank, your order will be processed.
6.- Product delivery
Delivery of the goods will take place at the address specified by the buyer. Goods will only be delivered at addresses located in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands.
The standard delivery times appear on each product's page. Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days.
In case the order cannot eventually be delivered due to any reasons, bed's will contact the user to reach a satisfactory solution.
Our prices include taxes fees, shipping, in-home delivery and assembly service. However, please note that the courier company is not authorised to lift items up and through a window, nor to lift them up with tackle systems or other similar solutions through the stairway or other inner areas of the dwelling. In case the delivery requires special handling, only on-street delivery will be provided.
At the time of delivery, the user should make sure the courier delivers all the goods without removing the hygienic plastic packaging.
7.- Product Guarantee
Our products have a standard two-year warranty from the time of delivery where applicable and necessary, under the provisions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the Consumers and Users Protection Act and other complementary regulations.
No liability will arise where the failures associated with a given product are caused by neglect, dents, improper use or handling, improper installation, any repairs done by an unauthorised Service Centre or abnormal voltage.
Similarly, no liability will arise where the defects and flaws associated with a given product are caused by misuse, improper handling of materials or ordinary wear and tear.
In case of defective product, bed's may, where appropriate, recondition, replace, lower the price or terminate the agreement. Arrangements covered by warranty will be free for consumers and users. Bed's will be held liable where lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years as from delivery of the goods. Users and consumers should inform bed's of lack of conformity within a period of two months from the date on which they detected such lack of conformity.
8.- Renounce and return
If you wish to return an on-line order placed through beds.es, please contact us by using a claim form sending an e-mail to (firstname.lastname@example.org), calling (+34) 900 101 415 or using our web live chat to specify the items you wish to return.
Where non-conformity with any product purchased on-line, users should return the goods within 14 calendar days as from the delivery.
No claim of non-conformity will be entertained unless the goods are in a perfect condition. If any goods are returned without the original packaging, it may result in a depreciation of the item. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or accept the return of bedding products (pillows), home textiles (mattress covers, protectors, pads, sheets, duvet covers, sleeping bags or fillings) and bathroom textiles (bathrobes, bath mats and towels) once removed from their plastic packaging (Art 103.e RDLGDCU 1/2007).
Custom size mattresses specially made or customized will neither be changed nor returned.

10.- Limitation of liability
Users bear sole responsibility for being technically qualified to install or use the products requested.
11.- Applicable law and Jurisdiction
The following general rules are levied in accordance with the requirements determined by Spanish law. All dispute arising in connection with anything related to the website or its use and activity will be settled by the competent court.
Conversely, in cases where the rules stipulate the parties should be subject to the jurisdiction for the settlement of disputes, bed's and the user, by their choice, expressly waive any other venue and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the user's domicile.
