Shipping and delivery information

Shipping costs per order:

• €6 in mainland Spain
• €16 in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
• FREE SHIPPING on all purchases over €80.

Before completing the order purchase, users will easily see how the charges break down for each concept in the shopping cart checkout. In case the purchase includes products from different brands, these may be delivered in different shipments

The standard delivery times appear on each product's page. Delivery usually takes 8-15 business days. In case the ordered product has any special measures, the usual delivery time wil be extended to 20-30 bussiness days. In case the order is shipped to the Canary Islands, the standard delivery time is 20 business days and in special measures it will be 30-40 working days. In the event of any stock-out or specific unavailability, the order will be held back until receiving the item. Where the order cannot eventually be delivered due to any reasons, bed's will contact the user to reach a satisfactory solution.

Our shipping service will call you to confirm when delivery will take place. The courier will call you prior to your delivery to confirm the appointment. In case the purchase includes products from different brands, these may be delivered in different shipments. During the on-line buying process, the customer can select additional services. These should be requested at the time of placing the order, and will only be provided at the time of delivery:

Removal service:

At the time of placing your order, you may require your old mattress* or bed base* to be removed. The cost of this service is €15 per item. At the time of requesting the removal, you should indicate the number of items to be removed from inside your property. Please note that, no items related to your mattress and bed base other than the same you purchased will be removed. To make the removal easier, items should be previously disassembled and prepared to be removed. Please, make sure items fit through the staircase or into the lift. Please, remember your local council offers a free collection service for unwanted old household items.

*Bed bases will only be removed if they go individually. Complete pieces of bed furniture will not be removed.

Removal service is not applied to express delivery mattresses and rolled up mattresses

After removal, items will be taken to an approved Waste Management Facility.

Assembly and Installation service:

For orders over €80, our prices include taxes fees, shipping, in-home delivery and assembly service. However, please note that the courier company is not authorized to lift items up and through a window, nor to lift them up with tackle systems or other similar solutions through the stairway or other inner areas of the dwelling. In case the delivery requires special handling, only on-street delivery will be provided. At the time of delivery, the user should make sure the courier delivers all the goods without removing the hygienic plastic packaging.
